This website is designed to supplement the Con Law in Context textbook that is required for this course. Some cases in the book have been edited and/or removed for length purposes. However, in an effort to provide additional clarity and context to the textbook, I have provided this website as a place to get some of the longer versions of the case edits as well as other cases that have been excised from the textbook.
The Extended Cases from Third Edition tab provides an alphabetical listing of the cases. The Historical and Contextual Background tab provides a listing of explanatory notes and historical materials. The Supplement 2016 tab provides a link to the course supplement and a listing of the table of contents.
